I think organized bankruptcy would've been the best route before the first dime of "bail out".

The airlines that went bankrupt after 9/11 are now turning profits. A valuable lesson.

But then, none of this is about the economy or GM. Its about consolidating political power and repaying political favors to the unions.

I don't see how this is doing any favors for the unions. The Obama administration has shown a lot less favor to the unions than one would normally expect. And no, I didn't even vote for him.

What I don't understand is how they havn't been told in the "restructuing process" to get rid of GMC or chevorlet that has multiple models. There is no reason to have a Tahoe and Yukon being built to basically compete with eachother when they are built by the same company. Cheverolet i would assume has to say based on tradition etc. but they can't build two of the same vehicles more or less and expect to be profitable.

they should just keep gmc and ditch the chevy truck line, hell gmc is the luxury brand now anyway, ass backwards from 10 years ago

my last sierra was am/fm radio, manual windows and bench seat, rubber floor mats

my new one is straight denali bizzatch
