I sadly don't have any of it.

It has 2 large stickers on it though: one says "Vote Jimmy" and is a jimmy john's sticker and is on the left side of the scooter. The other sticker is on the right side and says "Breathe Deeply" and has mountains in the background. The scooter has a tan seat that says "Yamaha" on the back of it.

I hope you find your scooter. I had one stolen before too, and it sucks. Did you have it locked up?

You might want to be more specific about your location, "off Gorman" is kind of vague. Maybe you'd have more luck if people near you could keep an eye out. (not trying to be a jerk, just trying to help)

that sucks

does the vino have the kickstand lock under the seat and a steering column lock mechanism on the ignition? i know my met does...between the kickstand keeping the rear wheel off the ground (and the under-seat lock keeping it from coming down) and the column lock, i would think that it would deter MOST thieves who were only looking for an easy lift

that said, two people could easily move it into a truck bed and drive off to do the unlocking at their leisure

^^just the kickstand lock. And people had been moving it before when I had it parked in an actual space. I was nice and started to park it just underneath the building. if I had a bottom floor apartment i would have just kept it inside.

^Did you see?? Someone returned it!! Some of the guys who live across from you were standing outside when i got home and I was walking by and saw my scooter sitting there and I stopped and blinked a few times to make sure i wasn't dreaming, haha. They said that guy who had been at their party had carried it off a couple blocks away and they recognized it and brought it back.

So -- no need for the thread anymore! Miracles really can happen!

i wouldn't bother pressing charges after all this. if you already filed a police report though, i would follow up on that. you didn't know who took it, and it was and still is your scooter. no one else had the right to take it, and they should take responsibility for their actions.
