Anyone here have any experience with it or at least preparing maps for it? Preferably either in SVG or tiling PNG's

only mapping experience i have is with google maps

and i hate it so much

Yeah, this needs to use my own maps and not public WMS maps. So I can either export them as an SVG or use png tiles.
