I have 1 room to sublet in a 4br/2 bath/2 Story house.

3 other engineers are living there currently, 2 Juniors and 1 Senior -- all laid back guys. The house has 2 living rooms (upstairs and down), a fenced in back yard, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, microwave -- the usual. Utilities are less than $80. I am currently responsible for the internet bill, and it is easier to keep it that way for now, unless you want it in your name -- you would just pay the $10 a month to one of the other guys. About 5 minutes from Centennial Campus, and 10 from Main. Quiet neighborhood, but have had no problems hosting parties.

If anyone knows someone looking for a place, please point them my direction...the guy I had backed out on me last minute, so I am stuck with a room I wont be living in. I would consider a reduction in rent, please let me know.
