I am looking for a room to rent for 9 months or possibly 12 months. Starting in early to mid-August. I am graduating this spring in mechanical engineering and hopefully finding a job that starts right after i graduate. I would prefer it to be north of campus and/or 5-10 mins walk from campus. I am not messy, don't smoke, and don't have any pets.
