"I am looking to transfer my lease to someone so I will be able to move into my friends house that he just bought but I need to do so, ASAP! I planned on moving out by May 1st but that date is flexible (I can be out as early as April 17th).
From my understanding, my apartment complex has agreed to transfer my lease to anyone for only the $50 application fee (which I will pay). Once the application is processed and the lease it tranfered the person will take over all financial aspects of the lease."
