I need to (borrow / buy) a chip burner capable of programming an "Eprom Chip - SST (27SF512) Chip"

I may cross post this in the garage. Is that against tdub rules?

A nice Willem programmer will only run you $45 on eBay, might be worth it to own one if you're going to be doing this type of thing.
