I have a room available at campus crossings for the summer, specifically all of may, june, and july.. $350 (this is not a joke) per month for your own room, bathroom, internet/cable, washer/dryer, and utilities included.. The apartment is a 2 bedroom in fantastic condition on the third floor... The other room will most likely be empty all summer.
