i want to use my at&t gophone SIM with a phone that allows for calls via WIFI

so yeah

basically at home and work and many places I go there is free wifi, so why not use this with my cell phone and only use minutes/$$ when not at these places?

also which phone to get that can do this

^ he's using a gophone, which means he pays per minute...it's not so much that he runs out, but that it costs him more

i only used like 80mins a month so that is why i went with a prepay

then i am starting to use more and was wondering if i can take the minutes i use at home and work and put them on a wifi for *free why that would take care of about 70% of my time
