I need to sublet my bedroom (with private bathroom) in my new 2br/2bath apartment at Wildwoods of Lake Johnson. My roommate and I were the first to live in this apartment--the building is BRAND NEW, and we moved in last August. It has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, big closets and a screened in porch with a view of Lake Johnson. Perfect for grad student, or someone working in Raleigh/Cary.

10 minutes from NCSU, 15 minutes from downtown--great location, right off 440!

I need a sublet in April- can be out by March 23RD -- until August. Email me with any questions. I am looking to find someone ASAP. The rent is $456 (half of $912) + 1/2 utilities. This runs about $50/month.

My roommate is a recent graduate with a job in Cary; is hardly ever home, and is very quiet.

The apartment complex has a pool and easy access to Lake Johnson trails.

If you are interested you would take over my half of lease until August.
