I will be graduating in May and need someone to take over my lease in Village Green Apartments starting May 1 (or sooner if you need to move earlier). The lease officially ends July 31, 2009. The rent per month is $470 and this includes all of utilities (water, electric, cable..) and the apartment is fully furnished except for a bed. To sublease, there is a $200 fee, however, this will be refunded to you once you vacate the apartment. The apartment has been decorated and I have 2 great female roommates who are super clean and tidy. The clubhouse of VG has recently just been re-done and they have an awesome 24 hr fitness room and computer lab, and they even just added a tanning bed and are re-doing their outside pool area.
