There's a couple of bingo halls on Capital Blvd. They're also pretty sketchy.

No, I have never been, because other people seem to have this crazy idea that bingo is lame. But I am dead serious. Bingo rocks. I did drive by once and I think it's only open for a couple hours in the afternoon/evening. But I can't remember exactly when.

i was in va beach the other weekend, and the hotel we were staying at had copies of the paper called "the bingo bugle" sitting on the counter. it was definitely one of the most awesome things i've seen in a while.
