Long story short I have a 13'L 18" dia steel pipe that I want to stick a tongue and wheels on to pull down the road.

I was thinking about using a beam axle from a fwd car/van, or maybe readily available trailer parts depending on the cost. Needs to be cheap but solid. Any ideas?
