Umm..serious question...my office smells...umm...stinky...due to a personal trait of mine...okay, yes, I fart a lot.

So, what can I do to handle them smell?
The heat/air doesn't run much so the air doesn't circulate well.

BTW, we aren't allowed to have candles.

I'd do that...actually I used to have a bar of irish spring sitting on the vent. It works, but it only works when the air is flowing.
On a day like today the air isn't blowing.

I might try a plug in.

odor issues aside thats not really a good thing either. if you have your own box to your room it should be on minimum turn down not completely off but i have no idea how your office is setup. what kind of office is this (if this is at home then disregard my statement)

bath and body works has these "scent ports" that are just like plug ins but they would be good for work because they have good aromatherapy scents like "stress reliever" with eucalyptus and spearmint, which i would think would cover up your nasty smell . They last a good while. And, I think they are on sale right now.

Last week I farted right before getting out of the truck. I went into the grocery store for a while and when I came out the fart was still in my truck. No lie.

At Circuit City, I farted, and stepped two steps to my right to look at some different DVDs. Some guy also steps two steps to the right, and knelt down. I felt so bad for him.

We have this problem in our living room due to the dog. I got one of those mini airwick poof things that sprays a little poof of fresh smelling air every 30 minutes or so. It's wonderful. People seriously don't know there are animals in our home with this.

buy an activated charcoal fan that they sell at target to keep the air moving and to absorb odors. make sure you have a oust or something similar to spray at certain intervals.

Don't just cover up the symptoms... look to cure the cause as well.

Is there any particular food(s) that give you gas? Or, do you get gas no matter what you eat? Keep a foodart (fartood?) diary to discover the cause.

Another curative avenue could be parsley, fennel, anise, or other herbal capsules you could take after meals. At GNC.

In your office, you need a fan. You should have circulation anyway, even if there are no smells. Look into ^^'s suggestion. Didn't know such things existed, but sounds logically promising.

^^What she said.
Find triggers, and avoid them.

Probably there is a culprit (very common, from the sounds of it ) or two at the root of this.

I used to never, ever believe my mother when she told me dairy was responsible for my gas. Then I unintentionally eliminated it from my diet for a few days, and commented about how nice it was to not have gas. She was all crowing about how she told me so. And it was indeed the dairy. Even just a tiny bit gives me shameful gas.
