So the picture quality is much better when it isn't edited in paint but whatever, not the point. The point is that if you come and get your hair cut ANYTIME from 10am tomorrow to 10am Monday ALL $35+ of your money gets donated to a great local charity. This year they have chosen to support The Arc of Wake County, an organization which helps individuals with developmental disabilities to live fuller, healthier, more productive lives.
