When I am looking for a thread, I will scroll down to the bottom of the section, but its not on that page. So I have to scroll all the way back up the page and then click over to the next page.

You've got page links on the bottom of threads... can they be added to the bottom of the sections also?

Push the "Home" key on your keyboard. It'll take you straight up to the top.
