310 is the probably the easier out of the "2nd round" of 300 level classes.

^^ That's good news. I can put a little more time towards thermo2, etc. I heard Kuznetsov curves his tests alot cuz the avg. is ~ 50s-60s. Can't confirm though...

i dropped this a while back and just learned it's a co-req for 306, which i'm currently taking. am i fucked?

sprocket: it was alright, there were some were if you screwed up the sign you missed all the problems for that section. But he curves alot so thats good

neuservrat: I think you will be auto dropped from the class, try to see an adviser and see what they can do if anything. Pretty sure if you dont meet req you are dropped from the class.

I have a couple friends who took 306 without taking heat transfer. if you talk to heeter, im sure you can work something out.

I took 306 over a summer session and 310 the following fall. I never talked to anybody about it... it's a co-req and not a pre-req right? I was also in the same boat as you but in controls, I ended up dropping the class but completed the lab and then took the class the next semester. (I assume the controls lab is a co-req with the class). I didn't even really think about it and it worked out fine.

^ I know in the past, it's been up to the dept. to enforce any pre- or co-reqs that aren't set in the registration system, BUT I thought there was something last semester about them changing the way this worked... all I'm saying is that what worked in the past may not be what's the case now.
