I like them both. Franklin's most recent fights haven't been that entertaining. Henderson put on a helluva show with Rampage at the end of last year. I'm gonna have to take Franklin though. I just don't think Henderson has it in him.Lol @ Shogun vs. coleman. I'll take Shogun.also gonna go with marcus davis over lights out lytle.

wow youre pretty critical...even after that fight i stand by what i said because coleman prove what he didnt really have to prove anywayfranklin v. dan was an awesome fight i think the decision should have went to franklincoleman deserves nothin but respect, unlike shogun he didnt look for the nearest opportunity to tap out because he was gettin his ass kicked (shogun v. forrest that was a "get me outta here" tap if ive ever seen one, just gave up his back because he didnt wanna get hios ass beat anymore and ws too out of shape to do anything about it)..coleman fought and offered no excuses..coleman would have probably won that fight hd he not beeen tkod...but hey cant say coleman was trying to coast for a decision he was in there to get that win, he could have just easily backed off and circled for the last 30 secs or so but he wanted to FIGHTfunny how this "100%" shogun looked like 30 times worse than the shogun that fought forrest...that shogun would kick tonights shoguns ass.i dont think shogun is gonna get any better, hes pathetic now. im pretty much done with him.shogun will be out of the UFC once chuck liddell knocks him out in the second, at least chuck can still move. shogun is 27 years old and looked like ken shamrock out thereI dont think alan belcher was doing that bad like everyone else does, kang wasnt doin shit on te ground and belcher was controlling the crap otu of him and sweepin him. belcher never found his rythm standing but with kang doin the same takedown over and over again blecher knew the guillotine would be there (he tried it everysingle time kang did that same takedown) because kangs in fight submission IQ is very low. Also looked like kang gassed. NONETHELESS, kang is still an elite fighter and good fuckin win for belcherPalhares is my main man i love watchin him fight. unlike all these other little jiu jitsu guys that come into mma, this dude actually knows how to takedown his opponent in many ways, dynamically without having to resort to fallign on his ass and praying that the opponent jumps into his guard OR chasin his opponent around the cage at the hips for some stupid ass double leg. Also palhares has an excellent base and is just as willing to strike as he is to submit. look forward to that dudebtw horn isnt a joke...he has just disturbingly regressed into a survivalist moreso than the opportunist he has been in the past. hes definitely not very relvant now marcus davis and chris lytle was just awesome, i love how marcus uses angles and kicks. btw lytle can lose 100 fights straight he will ALWAYS have a home in the ufc that guy is awesome.i thought the card was pretty good, the coleman loss was upsetting i wsa the most emotionally invested in that fight. the ireland crowd was amazing, cheered everyone on standing and on the ground really appreciative of the effort the fighters put forth. they were REALLY behind coleman during and after the fight[Edited on January 18, 2009 at 2:53 AM. for real son, im watching the fight with you from now on.i also thought the fight shoulda gone to franklin. but, i definitely feel like franklin and henderson could have both showed more aggression. i thought henderson's takedowns were great, as always, but he just couldn't penetrate franklin's guard. he did some damage, but it did nothing but drag the fight out. i thought franklin had a great last round, but i think his striking could have been much more on point.i guess thats why it went to the judges. im not knocking the fight for not ending in a knockout or a tapout, but i really expected some sort of explosiveness from one of these guys, if not both.i definitely respect coleman's guts to get in there. he did decent for a 44 year old guy. but, as sad as the story is, that was a boring ass fight. coleman had no sort of defense, could barely breathe, and had nothing but weak strikes. and he did offer an excuse (he claimed he didn't have enough money to train, which i totally believe). i definitely thought the sob story was over, but it just keeps going. i really hope they continue to offer him fights, because he's in great shape. but maybe with that extra money he got for FOTN, he can train a little more appropriately.im not sure what to think of shogun, but i hope he shows up to fight liddell. i think the old shogun has got to be in there somewhere....somewhere near the old liddell.i went back and watched that lytle davis fight and that was great indeed. i would have felt much differently about the card had i seen it.cant wait for affliction this week, stpierre penn 2 next week
