My thread on license types is dead...The old NC class C license reads:Any single vehicle with a GVWR less than 26001 lbs and designed to carry less than 16 passengers including the driver and is not transporting hazardous materials requiring CDL endorsements and is exempt from CDL requirements. May tow a vehicle less than 10,001 lbs.The new class C readsAny noncommercial single vehicle with a GVWR of less that 26,001 pounds. A vehicle towing a vehicle which has a combined GVWR of less than 26,001 ponds operated by a driver 18 yrs. or older. If I read this right it means I know longer have to worry about towing a 14k lb trailer with my class c. Before this went into effect (Sep 1 08) you had to have a class A to tow over 10,000 lbs.everyone agree with my interpretation?

as long as the total GVWR is less than 26,001 lbs, you are good to go
