After having a topic locked for not posting in an official thread there needs to be something made...

Like a sticky post, keeping these topics at the top. Those of us that don't live on TWW might not know of these official threads, make a new thread only to be locked, because the official thread wasn't seen.

(I'm not reading through all the topics before creating a thread, I do a search, if it didn't ping I create one)
