1/5/2009 10:10:37 PM
$rhode island
1/5/2009 10:10:44 PM
I am so the wrong person to ask. I'm a total cheapskate when it comes to art.
1/5/2009 10:10:53 PM
5 to 5 millionart appraisal is truly a motherfucker
1/5/2009 10:11:13 PM
It's pretty, but amateurish. I'd say $50 a panel.
1/5/2009 10:11:33 PM
my guess is $1800, alhough i would not pay $1 for it
1/5/2009 10:11:43 PM
haha what a fuckin' range
1/5/2009 10:12:18 PM
you can give me $20 to take it
1/5/2009 10:12:27 PM
1/5/2009 10:13:18 PM
gimme $10 and i'll dispose of it for you
1/5/2009 10:13:28 PM
Whatever you can get for it... If you know someone who'll put it in a decent frame for little cost (my wife paints, and she's noticed that a lot of people who work wood as a hobby like to do this sort of thing), you can up the price. The question is, how valuable do you think the product of your imagination and effort is?Also - http://painting.about.com/od/decorativepainting/ht/PriceDecPaint.htm
1/5/2009 10:13:49 PM
1/5/2009 10:14:55 PM
I'd say $150ish.
1/5/2009 10:15:19 PM
yeah, its like selling a movie trilogyyou can sell each piece individually or all 3 together for a slightly discounted rate
1/5/2009 10:15:59 PM
well then I bid $73 on the end piece
1/5/2009 10:17:05 PM
how much should this cost? $20 tops. how much would this cost? >$200and there's my $0.02
1/5/2009 10:17:25 PM
It looks better without a frame. A frame would ruin the style aspect.
1/5/2009 10:17:49 PM

^^^I hate thatSERIOUSLY?is he famous or something?[Edited on January 5, 2009 at 10:22 PM. Reason : HUNNERD CAN I GET A 125?]
1/5/2009 10:21:50 PM
To my I judge a piece by how long it would take someone to put it together. The only thing on there a 4th grader couldn't do might be the flowers. So I'd pay up to $150, if I actually liked it. If it's a relatively well known artist or has been featured at any sort of event it's going to be astronomical though.
1/5/2009 10:22:30 PM
I would say 50 all together not trying to be meani've offered to paint all the time for my friends if they buy the paint and canvases.
1/5/2009 10:23:04 PM
jackson pollock is both famous and dead
1/5/2009 10:23:13 PM
its actually not a bad piece(s) of work, assuming you did them yourself.
1/5/2009 10:23:40 PM
Oh yeah, you don't make money til you're deadWith art anyways
1/5/2009 10:23:53 PM
it's not bad, but it's boring, safe.it might be kinda neat in a kid's room. maybe $100 for the the whole set.

Do any of you think she considers you the ideal market? I sure as hell wouldn't... I tend to avoid asking students & recent grads what they'd pay for anything.
1/5/2009 10:27:29 PM
lol yeah!Would benefit me if someone saw my stuff and thought it conveyed amazing emotion or some shit. Poor college students have a different mindset, especially creative ones but it's good to get an idea.Notice all the different answers [Edited on January 5, 2009 at 10:29 PM. Reason : fdrg]
1/5/2009 10:28:24 PM
so are you going to sell them to me or what?
1/5/2009 10:28:52 PM
Kiwi,I actually really like that painting (and most of the one's you've posted that you have done) and would probably pay around $150 for it. Would look great in my foyer.
1/5/2009 10:29:26 PM
I'm going to give my shop a chance first. If that doesn't work yes, I will call you!
1/5/2009 10:29:54 PM

1/5/2009 10:39:09 PM

LOL, if you look right to left i can definitely see it being a submarine.
1/5/2009 10:47:13 PM
that boat one absolutely demolishes every other piece of art you've posted on TWW, for the colors alone.and really, you've never heard of jackson pollack???hmm.I mean, you seem to want honest criticism. that tree one looks like something the 5th best artist in a 4th grade class did. not tryna be mean .[Edited on January 5, 2009 at 10:49 PM.
