For some reason, i can't get it.When i got to create my account for online listening I get this error:

Call in to customer care and ask. I have had a half dozen XM units and never had a problem like this before.

This has happened to me before, but usually resolves itself within a few hours.

yeah how long ago did you activate service on the radio?sometimes it takes a day before their online billing systems sync up with the customer databasetry it today

The plan I have is "mostly music" which 9.99 a month.Apparently it does NOT include XM online according to their website.The step up from that is XM Everything which is 12.95 a month.I have already prepaid for the mostly music package for the next 3 months.I guess i'll upgrade to the XM Everything come april.
