If this has been done, I don't care. I didn't see it.

I got an Amazon Kindle last night and it is possibly the greatest thing ever.

Yeah, my best gift will be to myself. Since I am single for Christmas this year (first time in over a decade), I am going to spend on myself what I would have spent on my S.O. Oh, and look, HH Gregg has the 50 inch Panasonic Plasma for $999.

Well, I was thinking holiday gifts, but I suppose if you want to go outside that parameter, it's cool.

I agree with paper and ink to the extent that there are certain books that will mean more to me that I might want to save forever. However, for every day reading, it rocks.

And Omar, the popcorn hour is seriously the greatest home entertainment device ever created next to sorority girls.

nah. The roomba is the SHIT! It's so much better than vacuuming. I just like to close off rooms so it doesnt wander all over the house.

not really. other than the defective battery packs and motors they send out with some units.

they keep my house cleaner with much less effort on my part. when it comes to kids/pets and a full time job, means a lot. it gets all the surface stuff that i couldn't get when i got home from work b/c of higher priority items.

i just have to empty the dirt cups every few days, along with the real vacuuming i do on the weekends.

having one for the kitchen and two for the upstairs and downstairs is great.

not wearing your shoes in the house helps too.

that roomba thing doesnt look like it would clean that well...i'd rather spend 3 minutes vacuuming myself than spending 3 minutes getting this shit out so it can do a half ass job

[Edited on December 24, 2008 at 1:44 PM. Reason : ^well at least this guy vacuums on the weekends]

you can turn it on when you leave the house, for one, or while you're doing something else.

I  my roomba and haven't used any other vacuum since. But I don't own a pet and do take my shoes off when I come inside.

I am racking up the Target gift cards and cash.

So far I have $200 in Target Gift Cards and $200 in cash.

Does target sell decent HD TVs?

Shit, if Target was located in Friendly Center, I would have $650 to spend there.
