$65 is a lot to pay to hear the one hit they had.

jesus christ you fucking TKEs and your mindless drivel.

ya know, there are some bands that people like who, honest to god, weren't popular. some of those bands had (gasp!) one popular song. every once in a while, these unpopular bands were unpopular for various reasons. In the case of Hum, their record label was lazy upon the release of their second album. Their label also failed to include them on many offers they received on various tours with very popular bands at the time. There was a falling out, and a subsequent collapse of the personnel in the band.

i hope you have paid attention. one day, your feeble synapses will enable you to understand that there are actually musical acts who are worth listening to who actually didn't sell 1 million copies of an album. And, shockingly, that said bands actually had more songs than "that one hit". it's a revolutionary thought process, I know.

If you ever need pointers or a tutorial on how one can endure the pain of broadening his or her narrow spectrum, please feel free to contact me via PM.

admittedly, though, you aren't as big of a fucking defective human being as TKEshultz. oh, the reasons I'm a misanthrope.

while I actually really do enjoy that song, I would be going for much much more than that song. They were radio-popular because of that one song but they were a super good band who just happened to have one song get popular on the radio.

bleeding through pretty much ruined that song with their attempted cover though imo. even evergreen terrace did a better job

if anything, Bleeding Through would devalue a prior great song.

before that was Electra 2000, which is hard to find, but pretty damn good.

before that was Fillet Show, but Matt Talbott didn't sing then, and it's a bit faster and harder than your conventional HUM.

that's one of the most blasphemous things I've ever read, as the latter is arguably my least favorite band ever.

EVER.
