yeah but msdnaa doesn't include all the stuff a msdn subscription doesalthough it's pretty awesome in and of itself, i think i had it for a semester when i took csc200i'm not in csc/cpe/ece, though.

Wait a second, you've been trying to show off your e-peen here for as long as ive been reading your posts, and you didn't even have access to MSDN?
12/16/2008 10:33:11 AM
the student one doesn't have office
12/16/2008 10:33:24 AM
^^no, i didn't want to pony up $10,000 of my own cash to get it^http://www.microsoft.com/student/discounts/theultimatesteal-us/default.aspx - almost as good ]
12/16/2008 10:35:29 AM
There aren't many rogue individuals that would pay for the Team level of MSDN.
12/16/2008 10:40:03 AM
which is why i didn't do it
12/16/2008 10:40:35 AM

12/16/2008 11:48:03 AM

I've got one, but it will run out some day. I plan on taking the time one day to request a key to everything and printing the page out... hopefully before it ends.
12/16/2008 2:03:39 PM
^^you'd be surprised how many embedded PC's use 3.1
12/16/2008 2:17:06 PM
^^^I was waiting for you to find that You can actually download Windows 1.0 and even DOS.
12/16/2008 4:58:22 PM
I'd download it if it had at least one more "Team" in the title.
12/16/2008 5:49:11 PM
I used to have MSDN but then the subscription ran out...doh!
12/16/2008 8:33:18 PM
We had an OS one at work last year.I wish we had re-upped it, but that project ended so it's whatevs.
12/16/2008 8:37:29 PM
oh so you do team suite?which edition should i download? or should i just get pro?
12/16/2008 11:14:27 PM
If you don't know that you need a team edition, Pro is your best bet.Team Suite is kind of ridiculous, and you really also need to download and install Team Foundation Server to get the most out of it (which requires another machine for the App+Data tiers)

12/17/2008 8:17:02 AM
that's sort of what i figured.
12/17/2008 12:31:56 PM
For some reason my access has been revoked. WTF? I am a CPE major and I had access at the first of the year.
12/17/2008 4:47:23 PM
I dont think team suite is that ridiculous, we actually use the features with TFS.
12/17/2008 11:40:19 PM
only thing i ever got from that was xp pro and vista business
