I am posting this for a buddy of mine. I live in North Shore and love it. I have been here since January of 2004.

Nonetheless, he is trying to lease his house. It is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has a garage + car port. The townhouse is 4 stories, has a balcony of the kitchen on the 2nd as well as one off of the 4th story room. In my house, that is my master bedroom. His could be a bonus room or bedroom, whichever you prefer. He is asking $1300/month, you take care of utilities. You can't find a better place in a better location with access to campus, downtown, I-40, etc.

I have a fear of taking classes on centennial until i graduate then getting a job there and riding the wolfline to work every day.
