This morning I was sitting at the stop light at Gorman and Western, and when it changed I couldn't move. I needed to manually put it in 2, and then was able to go and switch back to drive. Ideas?02 Chevy Trailblazer, Auto 4WD

does it throw a code ever? a lot of times a bad solenoid on a GM tranny will have a manufacturer-specific trouble code

it's possible for dtc's to exist without a cel. we need a better explanation of the symptoms here.
