I'm studying abroad Spring semester and I need someone to sublease my apartment to.
The apartment complex is called Campus edge (previously Ivy Chase). It is located off Thistledown (between Gorman and Trailwood). It is a newly remodeled apartment complex, so everything is really nice and clean!

Its normally 525$/month, but I am willing to negotiate. - 425$ !!
The payment includes:
-ALL utilities
-WIRELESS internet throughout entire apt
-CABLE
-FURNITURE (bed, desk, side table, dressers)
-Large closet
-own bath
-washer and dryer
-Dishwasher
-Clubhouse gym, tanning bed, theater, computer lounge (w/ printer, copier, and
scanner), pool, pool table/bar
-On bus route to school

I have 2 female roommates. One is a junior majoring in Biochemistry and the other
is a Sophomore majoring in Textiles. I would prefer a female to sublease my room
to, but I am willing to negotiate this as well.
