Either 3 or 4 tennants are needed for a house on joanne drive. I live here with 3 room mates but I and 2 others are leaving in december and the 4th doesnt want to live here with strangers. Thrent is $1200 monthly plus utilities. Thats $300 per person plus utilities. This is a nice house with a two car garage, fenced in backyard, hardwood floors, back deck, close to campus, and owned by a very nice professor at ncsu. No smoking and no pets in this house.
