If HTC could find something better than Windows Mobile, they could compete with the iPhone. Their hardware is some of the best. The new Blackberry Storm seems pretty compelling to me too.

i like the blackberry storm, but it's not AT&T. I can't complain about AT&T since my parents pay for my phone bill

FYI, everything I've heard about this phone is that it's annoyingly slow/laggy, and has all the problems of Windows Mobile 6 + the problems of their TouchFlo on top of it.

ATT just got the Blackberry Bold, very sexy piece of equipment IMO.

I have the phone. It's the best iteration of windows mobile yet. the interface isn't quite as fast as I hoped (iphone speed with the windows mobile backend) but it's no slouch. faster than the g1 I used. it's an htc device and hopefully will support android soon

smooth, what service plan do you have the phone on? is the touch interface easy to get used to? Haven't ever had a windows mobile phone, so I was wondering how you thought that worked with daily usage (nothing major) like txt, calls, internets...and the like...
