All the stores on Glenwood sell marked up Chinese shit. Go to High Point/Greensboro. More stores, better deals, better quality.

Definitely look around at all the stores before settling on anything. I drove down there the other day and noticed a bunch of places going out of business and having crazy sales.

Some of those places have been going out of business and having crazy sales for the past 5 years. It's a sales tactic for them and the "sale" price still isn't a very good price.[Edited on November 14, 2008 at 2:06 PM. Reason : l]

Be careful who you buy from, especially the places going out of business. They will take your money and run. If you do decide to buy, use a credit card so that you can reverse the charges if they go out without you ever getting your furniture.

I've had good luck a Heavner, its across the street from Carmax. They have a lot of crazy stuff as they seem to specialize in market samples and closeouts, and the prices aren't too crazy.
