I'm transferring come spring so I am looking to sublease my apartment here at Usuites from January through July. Rent will be $470 a month, for 7 months. Private bedroom and bathroom. Walk-in closet. Shuttle that goes to and from campus every 30 mins. Pool. Exercise room. Ample parking. Close to other apartment complexes.
