There are two bedrooms available December 1, 2008 (or sooner), in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse in Sterling Park West off of Lineberry Drive. The rent is $315 per room and does not include utilities. The townhouse is two stories, with the two available bedrooms upstairs along with one very large bathroom (with jacuzzi tub and separate shower). Downstairs is another bedroom with adjoining bath (which also connects to the hall). There is also a living room (with fireplace), kitchen, and eating area. Off the back of the town home is a large screened in porch. There is ample storage area, with a pull down attic and walk in attic upstairs. Due to personal reasons, two of the three occupants are moving out prior to the end of the lease, and thus need to find sub leasers. The remaining roommate occupies the room downstairs and is a 26/F graduate of NCSU. We are only looking for female roommates to sublease due to the preferences of the remaining roommate. The original lease will end July 31, 2009. However, there will be an opportunity to resign the lease for another year if desired. Utilities are not included in the rent. On average the utilities range from $75-$100 per roommate, making the total amount paid each month around $400. The security deposit is 1 months rent. There is a $155 application fee/credit check/background check payable to the property manager the Press Co. Feel free to email any questions to jmrodely@ncsu.edu or call Joslin at (919) 749-3069 about the town home. If you have any interest in seeing the town home, arrangements can be made accordingly. Sterling Park are definitely on the upper scale of town homes in the NCSU area...Very convenient to Centennial campus and fairly convenient to main campus via Nazareth.(how on earth are your utilities $400? do you have EVERY cable package and keep the A/C on 68?)

The location is very convenient, that is true! The utilities ARE NOT $400, the total amount paid each month INCLUDING RENT and UTLITIES is about $400/month. "On average the utilities range from $75-$100 per roommate." We pay for cable/internet, electric, gas, and water which includes trash pick up and recycling. Basically, you can live here in one of the bedrooms if you can afford $400/month..
