Have them get into groups and see which team can build the tallest tower out of a 8.5x11 piece of paper and some tape.Or see which team can build the strongest bridge out of a set number of dry spaghetti noodles.

yeah definitely laser tag. Kinda expensive though. If you want cheap stuff get them to compete at building things, or designing stuff as mentioned above.
