I am looking for a new roommate starting January 1st. The house is on western blvd, just past the K-mart. Easy access to a bus, and convienant enough to cary, NC State, 440, and Avent Ferry.
I am a graduating senior in Textile and Apparel Management. I work a lot and am looking for someone who is responsible and easy going, someone who can pay the bills on time without much drama. I have no preference as far as gender, age, sexuality, or smoking, but I would love someone who is a student also.

oh yeah...the rent is $395 plus utilities, and the house is a 2 bedroom one bath single story house with a fenced in backyard and plenty of parking
