I went to my dentist and got a fitted one that put me back about 30 dollars. Its specially fitted to my mouth, no complaints, and it has lasted me for about 3 years so far. I use it to play hockey since I don't wear a full face shield but Don't know what you are using it for but if it is for a sport like hockey or football, then I go with this one if not, go to dicks and just boil it to fit your mouth
