Is there a Visual Basic (VBA) programming course offered through any of the colleges? I glanced at the CSC course descriptions and didn't see anything...

I don't think it is taught on a college level... I learned in high school. As the name implies, it is a very basic programming language and you could probably find some tutorials online that will be easy to follow.

One of my friends told me there is a class that teaches the basics of it in the Business Mgmt/IS major. However, I picked up VB.net in like 2 days using some online tutorials that I googled so just look around.

if you need a class on how to use visual basic, you need to reconsider your career in information technologythat being said, i think COM offers some classes in VB

Bus 442 is an easy A+ if you have any sort of programming experience. So if you need some elective hours go for it.

NCSU has classes in VB.NET. This girl is asking about VBA, which is basically an interpreted version of VB 6. What she needs is a VB6 reference and a VBA reference.VBA is actually a really useful tool if you know how to use it. The rest of you dumb shits need to get off your high horses.]

^VBA is Visual Basic for APPLICATIONS. It is taught at NCSU in ISE and TE 110, and the application it is taught with is MS Excel 2007.

^ Wasn't referring to you. Also I'm well aware of the differences between VB.NET (4 versions of .NET framework), VB classic, VB Script, and VBA as I've been using one or another for the past 10 years. I was referring to posts like:

I know this information may not be of use butttttttt..... although TE110 and ISE110 cover the same material, I would definitely recommend TE110 over ISE110. The TE professor is much better and was the one who originally designed the course. Dr. Jeff Joines FTW!!!!!!

OMG I worked on a summer project with Dr. Joines when I was 15 in high school He even had lunch with me and my parents.]
