i got a ticket for having too much tint on my windows.


Its this friday.... got the ticket last week. I havent had time to do something about this because of school.


Do I actually have to go to court to get an extension ? or can i call the court room ?

call the number on the ticket and ask.

if it's in wake county, you (or your lawyer) have to show up to request a continuance.

Last week? Most officers put court dates out about 6 weeks. but if it is this week just show up in court. ask for your case to be continued. Your first one is just about automatic and they wont ask any questions.
