you seem to have access to a computer with internet access right now - why not download the drivers now and do it yourself?

download the ethernet driver so you can get online, put on flash drivedownload a windows xp 9 in 1 torrent to reinstall your oem copy of windowsand i dont know that you can use just any old dell recoevery disk with any old dell computer]
