^Is the testing process a huge secret? If not, what's to keep someone from testing their drug to make sure it can pass the screenings they do at the Olympics? Harder for an individual, but it seems like it would be easy for a large dishonest program to pull off. Just have a couple hundred people on different drug regimens, run the Olympic tests on them, and put your real athletes on the drugs that made it past the screenings.

If you know you'll be tested during the games, you just quit taking the drugs early enough that you are outside the test period(easy to know how long the drugs will stay in your system). That is one answer, there are also masking agents, etc. As long as there is money to be made the science of the drugs will be ahead of the testing.
