When I moved to Maryland I got a MD license. The took my NC license when I got the new MD one.

Now I need to know my NC license number. Called the DMV, they gave me a personal ID number and told me to go get a Driving Record.

Problem is, you need to know your license # in order to get a Driving Record. I will refrain from posting my thoughts on the DMV except to say that I truly weep for humanity knowing that the level of incompetence found in their organization actually exists.

Anyone know what I need to do?

you can also use your social security number.

your ins. company has your old DL # too.

have you checked their website?

Someone can search by full name at the DMV, you just haven't flirted with the right Patti or Selma yet.
