I am usually an excel fucking master, but this one god damn thing is driving me crazy, CANNOT figure out why my countifs formula isnt working

are you counting a bunch of text cells? I've had trouble when using COUNTIF with >~50 all-text (no numbers) cells

what is your formula

office 2007 can eat my ass, I'm sticking with 2003, something I can actually use. Fuck that relearning shit for the same outcome.

Doesn't countifs count if all of the criteria are true?

i.e. a row is only counted if

'All Games'!$B$8:$B517 == 'Team Records'!$A6

AND

'All Games'!$O$8:$O517 == "O"

AND

'All Games'!$E$8:$E210 == "1"

Is that what you're trying to do? Other than that, I'd check cell formatting (gets me all the time, especially when pasting data into Excel).

Actually, shouldn't 'All Games'!$E$8:$E210 be 'All Games'!$E$8:$E517 ?
