Primary responsibilities include the rectuitment of new homes into our property management program, as well as executing leases, and general office administration in a supervisory role.Requirements are that you must have an active NC Real Estate liscense (provisional broker ok). General comptuter knowlege and a working familiarity of the MS office family of products is certainly helpful, but not required. Experience in property management, real estate, and/or familiarity with the Outer Banks in general is also helpful but again, not required. That depends on you, and I'd say visit the ncrec website. The law has changed since I got my license, but basically you take a course that lasts about 18 weeks, take a test administered by the state, and you're licensed provisionally- which is where the change was made and I don't know the specific changes, but I think you have to work under another broker for at least 2 years before you can hang your license on your own. You'll also have to take continuing education each year and renew the license annually ($40).I can tell you that if you're ever considering selling real estate in a coastal area in the future, you're going to need to know how the rental industry works, and the best way to do that is to work in property management. just mtc

Salary is based on exp. & performance. No commissions, but bonuses are an easy possibility
