http://www.giveawayoftheday.com has a program called Edraw max that is software for flowcharts etc. and has engineering templates for circuits and systems to make it easier to draw them.

You have until about 2:30AM ET to download AND register for FREE; or I guess you could buy it somewhere for $80. Anyways, thought it would be helpful.
