I have an amp and some old 6x9's that I had hooked up in my truck. However, when I installed them back in the day, I didn't have a good way to get through the firewall, and to say the least, that set-up finally caught up with me.

I'm wondering how much one of ya'll would charge to run my remote/power through my firewall, the RIGHT way. This would include labor, power wire, and remote wire. Previously, I had my remote connected directly to the battery, and then ran it through a toggle switch in the cab. I'd prefer to get away from this set-up, however I'm not a fan of sodering the remote to a fuse, etc. If there's no other way, then the cost would need to include a toggle switch as well.

I can do everything except for running the wires through the firewall. Of course, I'd be open to any suggestions.

I have two sony explode 6x9's in boxes, off of a 400 watt/4-channel amp, bridged, running off the rears through a line-converter.

^yes, and I wasn't sure about all of that at the time, so I didn't do it. And I'd like to learn/see it done before I go and start doing things.

also, if anyone has any 6x9's in boxes that they'd like to get rid of, I need new ones (depending on how much).

Send me a pm and we can work out details if you want.
