i'll buy it and use that shed to grow lots of pot and pay for my mortgage.

or at least i would have done that 3 years ago if you would have gotten a hold of me.

but use that as your target audience and you'll find a taker.

I am building a house in Fuquay (2200 sq ft, 2 car garage, .3 acre) for 151k. You should ask in the 120's for that level of house.

$155K is too much for a 1400 sq ft home in Garner. Maybe in Cary, not Garner.

when the house is on sale for this long without having a buyer, maybe you should consider lowering the price, especially in this economy.

I love wolfwebbers acting like they know what the fuck they are talking about.

Like this dude is going to take real estate advice from a bunch of anonymous college-aged bastards.

Depending on the exact location, the price isnt that far off at all. You wont find a house like that in Cary for that price. My townhouse in Cary is 20 years old and costs that much.

Seems like a good deal to me, depending on its condition.

You should stain/seal the back deck...that will help it sell.

^just because you overpaid for yours, doesn't mean everybody else will. I'm just pointing out the fact that the house has been on the market for over 3 months and still hasn't been sold.

hahahahahahahah

douche.

I have a NC RE Brokers license and I have a General Contractor's license. I know what I am doing.
When real estate transactions start involving counting pills I will value your opinion a little more.

3 months isnt that long for a house to sit on a market, especially this market.

FYI,

the house is priced competitively

the neighbor's just sold for $158,000 and the only difference was theirs had a screened in porch

this is a great home. the only reason my wife and i have decided to sell is because we would like a little bit more of a house and a garage.
