waste is private/secure im/p2p, freenet is private/secure web server, irc, p2p, whatever the hell else you can think of.

i mean, i'm in raleigh but showing a Michigan IP address for the site's i'm connected to, i'd say they're working as intended, granted, that didn't happen without a bit of configuration, but when used properly they certainly work as intended.
