I am moving back to greensboro and am looking for someone to take over the lease of my room in University Village. $405 a month, 2 bedroom apartment and includes furniture/water/internet and all major appliances. Cable and Internet are all you need to pay for on top of rent, which is usually $50-60 a month. Roommate is very clean and the apartment is in great condition.

You would take over my lease for the Aug 2008-2009 school year. The rent is significantly cheaper than if you tried to sign a lease with them now by yourself, since I renewed my contract back in January.
