My sister is quite addicted to it...is thinking of actually quitting her job at some point to become a Crossfit trainer. She's kind of a workout fiend to begin with. Her and her husband play rugby for the Raleigh club team (and she's gotten picked up by some US National club teams for several tournaments)...so they both work out pretty hard. And she'll never go back to a regular gym. She's begging me to get into it, but there's only one Crossfit guy down here in Charleston and he's only doing it on Saturday's right now and it costs to much to join the gym just for that.I think I'll get into it at some point, it just has to get bigger down here. I'm getting pretty bored with the gym after six years of consistently working out.

i go to the fit24/crossfit location on saturdays to roll with the jiujitsu guys, theyre all really goodbut ive never done actual crossfit program but ive done some of the exercises as part of my conditioningdoing a full daily program of that shit is gonna be hell

^^ you can do the WoD on the Crossfit website on your own. i'd say that you can do 90% of it at a regular gym...there are a few things like rope climbs, wall ball, gymnastics rings, etc that you won't be able to do, but you can certainly do Crossfit without a Crossfit gym.shit, Marines do it on the decks of ships and in combat bases.
