Hey there,

I'm a 21F student finishing up at State in December, and I need a place to live for my last semester. I would ideally like something within a few minutes drive to campus and with a private bath. I have 3 cats (friendly with other cats & dogs) so it must be pet friendly and I prefer a place that stays at least respectably clean. Other than that I'm pretty flexible, I enjoy being around people, I'm pretty quiet school nights and I'll probably be out of town some on weekends. I also pay my rent on time and do my fair share of chores around the house. I don't mind putting down a pet deposit or signing a lease through the end of December (6 months if it is a must).
